PAYMENT FLEXIBILITY
Basic is a one-time website project paid upfront. Silver and Premium include an upfront setup fee plus ongoing monthly service after launch. Silver has a 3-month minimum service commitment, and Premium has a 6-month minimum service commitment. Clients on Silver or Premium may pay their service charges monthly or prepay the applicable minimum commitment. An optional 12-month prepay is also available for clients who want to prepay a full year of service at the listed discounted price.
The “Year 1 Total” shown above assumes you keep your service active for a full 12 months; it does not mean your minimum commitment lasts for one year.
UPFRONT FEE FLEXIBILITY
Every project is different. For certain projects, the upfront fee or project scope may be adjusted based on the work required, timeline, and mutually agreed terms. Any adjustment will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

After your initial commitment is completed, service continues on a month-to-month basis under our standard cancellation terms.
Clients may choose monthly billing or prepay their minimum commitment — a billing preference that doesn’t change the length of the commitment unless separately agreed upon in writing.
Need something different? Commitment terms may be adjusted for certain projects when mutually agreed upon in writing.

Do your website plans require a minimum commitment?
Silver plans include a 3-month minimum commitment and Premium plans include a 6-month minimum commitment. The commitment begins after your website is completed, approved, and launched — not during development. Clients may pay monthly or prepay the commitment period. For certain projects, commitment terms may be adjusted through mutual written agreement.
What happens after my minimum commitment ends?
After your initial commitment is completed, your service continues on a month-to-month basis. You can continue using Build Better Web for hosting, maintenance, updates, and support without entering another minimum commitment unless otherwise agreed upon.
