Nothing happens until you've reviewed the pricing, service terms, and contract and decided they're right for you. If it's not a fit, we'd rather you know that before anything is signed.
The First Call
A no-pressure conversation about your business and what you need. No sales pitch, no obligation. You leave knowing exactly what it would cost and how it would work.
Contract Review
We send you the full contract to read on your own time. Take a week if you want. Show it to your lawyer. There's no clock running and no one pushing you to sign.
The Build
Once you're ready, we build. You see progress as it happens, with check-ins structured around your feedback — not our convenience.
Launch & Beyond
Once your website is completed, approved, and launched, any ongoing service included with your plan begins. Basic is a one-time project, while Silver and Premium begin their listed minimum commitment at launch. After that commitment is completed, service continues month-to-month under the terms of your agreement.
